During the installation of the MPP Power Cable Protection Tube, selecting the appropriate connection method is crucial. The correct method ensures the reliable operation of the power piping system. This section presents various common connection methods for MPP power cable protection tubes, detailing their characteristics and application scenarios to facilitate your understanding.

01. Before installation, ensure that the welding machine's power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate meet welding requirements. Perform an empty test run on the milling cutter oil pump switch. Install the slips matching the pipe's specifications into the rack. Set the heating plate to the welding temperature. Before heating, clean the heating plate's surface with soft paper or alcohol to remove oil stains.

02. Remove dirt from both pipe ends. Place the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension length at both ends. Support the parts outside the pipe rack. Align the pipe with the frame's centerline, secure the slip, insert a milling cutter, and mill the pipe.

03. Mill the pipe until continuous cutting occurs at both ends. Remove the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two or three rotations before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.

04. Remove the milling cutter and close the pipes at both ends. Check the end face alignment, ensuring displacement does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. No significant gap should be present between the end faces, and the gap width must comply with 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends' circumference flips, achieving the minimum specified curling height. Reduce the pressure so the pipe end contacts the heating plate, continuing heating for the specified time.

06. When the heating time reaches the specified value, retract the movable frame and swiftly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends, ensuring the switch time is minimal and does not exceed the specified limit. Avoid excessive closing pressure to prevent squeezing out molten material, which can degrade welding quality.07. Increase the pressure to the specified value and maintain it for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding process.
