Installation Instructions

1. Each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection in alignment with the product standard before installation. Should any pipe fail to meet these rigorous standards, its installation is strictly prohibited.

2. When transporting the pipe, it should be lifted carefully and placed gently. Dragging, rolling, or using machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or any other equipment to move the pipe within the trench is strictly forbidden.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water during pipe installation. Digging should be performed concurrently with pipe laying. The groove length is determined by the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width wider than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. For cutting pipes to the required length, use mechanical methods to ensure a flat and perpendicular cut relative to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames.

5. When altering the pipe diameter or connecting branch pipes, use compatible pipe fittings. Do not create holes in pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe according to the design-specified slope, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the limits set by the national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' GB 50268 for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. Use fusion or flange connections in low or near-minimum ambient temperatures. Clean the socket, sleeve, seal, and other connection parts thoroughly, ensuring they are free from soil, water, and impurities. Apply appropriate anti-corrosion measures for metal components like flanges and bolts, considering the soil quality and adhering to relevant standards.
