Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo rigorous inspection to ensure compliance with the product standards. Pipes that do not meet these standards are strictly prohibited from being laid.

2. During transportation, handle the pipe with utmost care, lifting and placing it gently. Avoid dragging, rolling, or using forklifts, tractors, or similar heavy machinery for moving pipes within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains dry throughout the pipe laying process. Excavate progressively alongside the pipe laying. The groove length should align with the interface length; depth should range between 50-100mm, and width must exceed the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand post-interface completion.

4. When cutting the pipe to the required length, employ mechanical cutting methods. Ensure the cutting surface is smooth and perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting.

5. Use compatible pipe fittings to alter the pipe's diameter or connect branch pipes. Do not create new openings on the pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipe in accordance with the design slope specifications. Ensure the elevation error is within the limits set by the national standard 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering' (GB 50268) for prestressed concrete pipes.

7. Employ fusion or flange connection methods when the ambient temperature is low or near the minimum threshold. Clean all connecting parts—including sockets, sleeves, and seals—thoroughly to remove any soil, water, or impurities. For metal components like looping flanges and bolts used in flange connections, implement anti-corrosion measures tailored to the site-specific soil conditions and relevant standards.
