Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to verify full adherence to product standards. Pipes not meeting these exacting standards must not be installed under any circumstances.

2. Exercise the utmost care when relocating pipes. Avoid dragging, rolling, or employing equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or any heavy machinery to transport pipes within the trench to prevent damage.

3. Ensure the trench remains free of water throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, dig the trench concurrently with the pipe laying. Align the trench groove length with the interface length, ensuring a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. Use precise mechanical methods to cut pipes to the required lengths, ensuring each cut is clean, flat, and perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting under any circumstances.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always use the appropriate fittings. Never create openings directly on the pipes or fittings for connections to avoid compromising the system's integrity.

6. Lay pipes in accordance with the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error remains within the limits defined by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering.'

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, employ fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connection parts, such as sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts based on soil quality and relevant standards to ensure long-term durability.
