Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is an optimal 6 meters. Each conduit is meticulously paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a precision spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper, strategically positioned 0.5 meters from the joint. This meticulous setup guarantees stability and reliability.
2. CPVC power protective casings are designed for effortless manual installation. Ground personnel play an essential role by carefully transferring the pipe materials to the construction crew at the trench's base, ensuring seamless installation. Please note, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.
3. For any required length adjustments to the CPVC power protective casings, the use of precise mechanical tools is essential for cutting. Cuts must be made perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a flawlessly smooth and flat surface, ensuring a perfect fit.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings are expertly crafted using either socket or interface connections, providing flexibility and ensuring robust connectivity.
2. Carefully mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, it is critical to verify that the insertion indicator is precise and optimally positioned for a secure fit.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or debris from both the pipe socket's exterior and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a flawless connection and effectively prevents water leakage, maintaining system integrity.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted to prevent damage from prolonged exposure. This timely action protects the pipeline and ensures long-term durability.
2. The area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing should be carefully backfilled with soft soil, providing a secure environment that supports the system without causing stress or damage.
3. Backfill the ditch manually, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to preserve the integrity of the installation.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing that the soil quality is up to standard and contributes to the stability and safety of the installation.
