The union methods for HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes encompass both mechanical connections and a comprehensive range of thermal fusion techniques. The primary methods include butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection. Each of these innovative procedures ensures a seamless and robust integration, catering to varying application needs and guaranteeing a reliable drainage system.

1. The pipeline must rest on an earth arc foundation. For areas with standard soil quality, apply a 100mm layer of medium coarse sand on the undisturbed soil base or the compacted backfill beneath the pipe's bottom. Should the soil quality be suboptimal, employ a sand gravel base layer with a minimum thickness of 200mm, possibly structured in dual layers. The lower layer comprises gravel, sized 5~32mm, at 100~150mm thick, topped by coarse sand no less than 50mm thick. The density requirements must meet Table 2 standards. In regions with soft soil foundations, if the foundation's bearing capacity falls short of design criteria, or construction-related disturbances impact the bearing capacity, it's essential to fortify the foundation first. Once the foundation attains the requisite bearing capacity, lay the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. The axillary corner within the designed support angle range of the earth arc foundation for the pipeline must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. Ensure that the backfilling area extends beyond the support angle 2α by at least 30, and that the compactness adheres strictly to technical regulation standards, providing unwavering stability and support.

3. Groove excavation for socket interfaces and sleeve connections in the pipeline foundation should coincide with pipeline installation. Determine the groove's length, width, and depth based on the pipe joint dimensions. Upon joint completion, immediately backfill with medium coarse sand to ensure optimal density and secure integration, maintaining the structural integrity of the pipeline foundation.

4. Reinforcement of the foundation is crucial in sections where longitudinal uneven settlement may occur due to pipeline loading and soil variability. It's imperative to fortify the foundation prior to pipeline installation, ensuring durability and resilience against potential shifts and pressures.
For polyethylene drainage pipe foundations, employ composite foundation treatments such as sand piles and stone piles. Avoid rigid foundation methods like driven piles, concrete pads, and concrete strip foundations, as they are not suitable for this type of installation. Embrace these flexible yet robust techniques to guarantee a stable and enduring drainage system.
