Installation Instructions

1. When installing buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to exclusively use advanced methods such as electric fusion welding and hot melt docking. Under no circumstances should screw connections or bonding be employed. Ensure each pipeline connection is executed with specialized, high-precision tools. Avoid the use of open flames for heating during the connection process to ensure safety and integrity.

2. It is essential for polyethylene pipes to be connected using PE pipes and fittings that match in brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to starting the connection, conduct a rigorous test to ensure quality standards are not just met but surpassed, ensuring a robust and reliable installation.

3. During the joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, make certain that the pipe ends are impeccably clean. At the conclusion of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to maintain cleanliness. Perform an immediate inspection of the interface post-connection to confirm integrity and quality.

4. Before and after the hot melt butt welding process, meticulously clean the heating plate using a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere rigorously to the specified heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as those of the pipes and fittings, to achieve optimal results.

5. It is imperative to follow the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as outlined by the relevant equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical periods, avoid any movement or application of pressure on the connecting parts to ensure a flawless welding process.

6. After completing the connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes promptly. This test should be performed within one hour after finishing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, expel all air, and then check meticulously for water tightness to ensure the system is leak-free.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be considered fully operational after it has successfully passed the stringent final acceptance inspection, ensuring all elements meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
