Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit, with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, comes complete with 3 sets of pipe sleepers. Maintain a consistent 2.0-meter spacing between sleepers and position them 0.5 meters away from each joint to ensure optimal stability.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be easily installed manually. Ground personnel should transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.

3. For any necessary length adjustments to the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for precise cutting. Ensure the cut is perpendicular to the pipe axis, resulting in a smooth, flat surface for optimal fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using reliable socket or interface connections for a secure fit.

2. Clearly mark the connection surface of the CPVC power conduit with the insertion length indicator. After inserting into the socket, cross-check to confirm accurate and proper positioning of the insertion indicator.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior are free from soil or attachments. This facilitates a secure connection and prevents potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. Timely backfilling prevents potential damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Use soft soil to backfill the area around the CPVC power protective casing to ensure gentle support and stability.
3. Manually fill the backfill soil into the ditch to maintain control and avoid damage; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets design-specified density requirements to guarantee the durability and integrity of the installation.
