Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standardized fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring ease of installation. Each conduit is complemented by 3 strategically placed pipe sleepers, precisely maintaining a 2.0-meter spacing. Their positioning is meticulously measured, with each sleeper set 0.5 meters from the conduit joint, ensuring optimal stability and performance.

2. CPVC power protective casings are effortlessly installed by hand. Ground personnel play a crucial role by transferring the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. It is imperative to avoid rolling pipes into the groove, ensuring the integrity and safety of the installation process.

3. When length modifications are required for the CPVC power protective casings, the use of mechanical tools is recommended for accurate cutting. It is vital to maintain a perpendicular cut to the pipe pillow's axis, guaranteeing a smooth and flat surface, which ensures flawless connectivity and functionality.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The connections of CPVC power protective casings are expertly executed using either socket fittings or interface connections. These methods are chosen for their reliability and efficiency in establishing secure and lasting linkages.

2. To ensure precision, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the exact insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, double-check the accuracy of the insertion indicator to confirm it is precisely and correctly positioned.

3. Prior to the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is crucial to meticulously clear any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This preventative measure ensures a seamless connection and effectively guards against potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling promptly once the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Timely backfilling is essential to prevent damage from prolonged exposure, safeguarding the pipeline's longevity and functionality.
2. It is essential to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing a protective barrier and enhancing the stability of the installation.
3. For the integrity of the trench, manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch; the use of mechanical backfilling is not permitted to maintain precision and care in the process.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must strictly comply with the design-specified density requirements, ensuring it meets the highest standards for durability and reliability.
