Installation Instructions

The connection modes of our HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes boast a variety of secure and efficient techniques, including mechanical and thermal fusion processes. Among them, the key modes you can rely on are butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, ensuring robust and reliable bonding for your systems.

1. To ensure optimal pipeline stability, it should rest on an earth arc. For typical soil conditions, a base layer of medium coarse sand, 100mm thick, should be laid on either undisturbed soil or a compacted foundation beneath the pipe. In cases of poor soil quality, employ a sand gravel base layer of no less than 200mm, possibly in two layers: the lower layer with gravel, particle size 5~32mm, 100~150mm thick, and the upper layer of coarse sand at a minimum thickness of 50mm. Ensure the base density adheres to Table 2 standards. For soft soil foundations where bearing capacity is below design requirements or disturbed due to construction activities, strengthen the foundation first. Once the specified bearing capacity is achieved, proceed with laying the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. In the pivotal axillary corner within the supporting angle of the earth arc foundation, backfill with medium coarse sand or gravel soil is essential. The backfill range should extend beyond the supporting angle 2α by an additional 30 degrees, ensuring compactness meets technical regulatory standards.

3. During pipeline foundation laying, grooves at socket interfaces and sleeve connections should be precision-dug to accommodate the pipeline. These grooves' dimensions—length, width, and depth—should align with the pipe joint size. Post joint-fitting, promptly backfill with medium coarse sand to the required density.

4. In areas prone to potential longitudinal uneven settlement due to pipeline load or soil changes, reinforce the foundation meticulously before laying the pipeline to prevent future structural issues.
For the foundation treatment of polyethylene drainage pipes, it is crucial to utilize composite methods such as sand and stone piles. Refrain from rigid treatments like driven piles, concrete pads, or strip foundations to maintain flexibility and structural integrity.
