Our connection options include state-of-the-art mechanical connections and a range of advanced thermal fusion techniques, including butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection. Each method is designed to provide seamless integration and optimal performance, tailored to meet the demands of your specific applications.

1. Begin with establishing a stable foundation for your pipeline using an earth arc base. For standard soil conditions, apply a 100mm thick layer of medium coarse sand on the undisturbed soil foundation or compacted backfill below the pipe's base. In cases of suboptimal soil conditions, enhance the support by laying a sand gravel base of at least 200mm thickness. This can be achieved by constructing two layers: the lower layer with gravel, sized between 5~32mm and 100~150mm thick, topped with a layer of coarse sand no less than 50mm thick. Ensure the foundation base density aligns with the specifications outlined in Table 2. For softer soil foundations, where the bearing capacity falls short of design norms, or is affected by factors such as construction excesses, fortify the foundation. Once the requisite bearing capacity is achieved, proceed with the installation of the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. For robust support within the pipeline's earth arc foundation, backfill the axillary corner area using medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfill should extend beyond the support Angle 2α by at least 30 degrees, ensuring the compactness meets technical regulation standards for durability and stability.

3. As you lay the pipeline, align the socket interface and sleeve connections by carefully excavating the necessary grooves. Tailor the groove dimensions—length, width, and depth—to fit the specific pipe joint sizes. Post-connection, promptly fill the area with medium coarse sand to maintain density and stability.

4. Address sections susceptible to longitudinal uneven settlement due to pipeline load or soil variability by reinforcing the foundation prior to the pipeline installation. This proactive measure ensures structural integrity and longevity.
Enhance the foundation treatment of polyethylene drainage pipes by employing composite methods such as sand and stone piles. Avoid rigid approaches like driven piles, concrete pads, or strip foundations to maintain the flexibility and adaptability required for optimal performance.
