(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a precision-engineered standard fixed length of 6 meters. For optimal stability, each conduit is supported by 3 meticulously positioned pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent spacing of 2.0 meters between them and strategically placed 0.5 meters away from each joint to guarantee robust support.
2. The manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is a straightforward process. Ground personnel should efficiently deliver pipe materials directly to the construction team stationed at the trench's base. It is paramount to avoid rolling pipes into the trench, ensuring enhanced safety and precision.
3. Should there be a necessity for length adjustments in the CPVC power protective casings, precision cutting with mechanical tools is essential. Ensure every cut is executed perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a flawlessly smooth and flat surface that promises optimal performance.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Achieve secure CPVC power protective casing connections using advanced socket or interface connections, designed for maximum efficiency and reliability.
2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the precise insertion length. After insertion into the socket, it is crucial to verify the accuracy of the insertion indicator, ensuring it is perfectly aligned and securely positioned.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clean any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the interior of the rubber ring. This preparation is vital to facilitate a flawless connection and effectively prevent any potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly accepted. Swift backfilling is essential to avoid any damage that might result from prolonged exposure of the pipeline to environmental elements.
2. It is crucial to ensure that the surrounding area of the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with carefully selected soft soil to maintain structural integrity.
3. The process of manually filling the backfilling soil into the ditch requires careful attention; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to protect the integrity of the installation.
4. Employ only backfill soil that conforms to design-specified density requirements, ensuring the longevity and durability of the installation.
