How long is your delivery time?
For small quantity products, they will be delivered by international courier (DHL, FedEx, TNT, etc.) or by air. Typically, you will receive the goods within 3-5 days after dispatch. For larger quantities, products will be shipped by sea. The duration will vary from days to weeks based on the destination port.
Can you provide samples?
Yes, samples are available. For standard products, samples are free; you only need to cover the freight charges. For high-value products, you will need to pay for both the freight and a portion of the product cost. Once we have established a long-term relationship or you become our VIP customer, we will offer free samples upon request.

What are your payment terms?
Our terms of payment are TT or L/C at sight, with T/T 30% in advance and the balance before shipment or via L/C.
