Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. For optimal stability, each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, carefully maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel should responsibly transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to ensure safety and integrity.

3. If length adjustments are needed for the CPVC power protective casings, always use mechanical tools for a precise cut. Ensure that the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a perfectly smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a secure and reliable link.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an indication of the insertion length. After insertion into the socket, verify meticulously that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This thorough cleaning facilitates a proper connection and effectively prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly accepted. Backfill promptly to avoid any potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil, providing adequate support and protection.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch with care; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the pipeline's integrity.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet and exceed the design-specified density requirements to ensure long-term durability and stability.
