Installation Instructions

 

1. Before embarking on the installation process, it is paramount to conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to guarantee full adherence to our stringent product standards. Pipes that do not meet these rigorous requirements are unequivocally prohibited from being installed.

2. During transportation, each pipe must be handled with the highest degree of care. Avoid dragging or rolling the pipes and refrain from using forklifts, tractors, or other heavy machinery that could damage them when moving within the trench.

3. It is crucial to keep the trench dry throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, excavate the trench simultaneously with the pipe laying. The trench groove should be consistent with the interface length, having a depth of 50-100mm and a width at least as wide as the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand after interface completion.

4. For precise pipe length adjustments, employ mechanical cutting techniques to ensure a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe's axis. Avoid the use of open flames for cutting to maintain safety and integrity.

 

5. When adjusting pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, it is essential to use the proper pipe fittings. Do not create connections by drilling openings directly onto pipes or fittings.

6. Install pipes according to the prescribed slope as per the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation discrepancy does not exceed the limits outlined in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In conditions of low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, opt for fusion or flange connections. All connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, must be impeccably clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal parts such as looping flanges and bolts based on the soil quality and relevant standards to ensure longevity and reliability.
