Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit is standardized at a fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is supported by 3 sets of precisely spaced pipe sleepers, set 2.0 meters apart, with an additional 0.5 meters from the joint for flawless stability.

2. Manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is feasible. Ground personnel should hand over the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's base. Ensure pipes are placed into the groove carefully, as rolling is strictly prohibited.

3. When length modifications are required for CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical cutting tools. Ensure cuts are perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow for a pristine, smooth finish.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections can be executed using socket or interface methods for a secure fit.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the insertion length. Post-insertion, verify the accuracy of the insertion indicator for proper placement.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a secure bond and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has passed inspection. Timely backfilling is crucial to prevent damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft, pliable soil for optimal protection.
3. Hand-fill backfill soil into the ditch to avoid any potential damage. Mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited.
4. The backfill soil must meet the density specifications outlined in the design requirements.
