Ensure that every polyethylene water supply pipeline connection is executed with precision using specialized tools. Refrain from employing open flames during the heating process to forestall any potential damage and to prioritize safety.

2. For optimal compatibility and reliability, connect polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to initiating the connection, conduct a thorough quality assessment to ensure that all materials meet the expected standards. This careful preparation guarantees a secure, long-lasting, and dependable pipeline.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is imperative to maintain pristine pipe ends to facilitate a seamless and efficient connection. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to prevent any contamination. Upon completing the connection process, immediately inspect the interface to ensure it is secure, flawless, and devoid of defects.

4. Both before and after executing hot melt butt welding, it is essential to meticulously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Fill the pipeline with water, eliminate all air pockets, and then verify water tightness to confirm a successful, leak-proof connection.
