Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, maintaining a uniform spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them precisely 0.5 meters away from the joint.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed. Ground personnel should carefully transfer the pipe material to the construction crew stationed at the trench's bottom. Rolling pipes directly into the groove is strictly prohibited to prevent damage.

3. If length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, always use mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cut is precisely perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are achieved using either socket or interface methods.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the exact insertion length. After insertion into the socket, double-check to verify that the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, ensure to remove any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This step is crucial for facilitating a proper connection and preventing water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence only after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly inspected and accepted. Prompt backfilling is necessary to avoid potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft, pliable soil.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure long-term stability and durability.
