Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. The installation requires 3 sets of pipe sleepers per conduit, spaced at 2.0 meters intervals, with sleepers placed 0.5 meters away from each joint.

2. Manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is permissible. Ground personnel should hand over the pipe material to the trench's bottom construction team. Under no circumstances should pipes be rolled into the trench.

3. For length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that each cut is perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in a smooth and even surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using socket or interface connections.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate insertion length. After insertion into the socket, ensure the insertion indicator is accurate and properly positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, remove any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Backfill promptly to prevent damage that could result from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly forbidden.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the specified density requirements outlined in the design.
