Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation Guidelines

1. Our CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Each conduit is complemented by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, spaced precisely 2.0 meters apart, with the sleepers positioned 0.5 meters away from the joint for optimal stability and reliability.

2. For ease of installation, CPVC power protective casings can be manually positioned. Ground personnel should responsibly transfer the pipe material to the construction team at the trench's base. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to prevent damage.

3. When length adjustments for CPVC power protective casings are necessary, always use mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure that the cuts are perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, creating smooth and even surfaces for seamless connections.

 

(2) Secure CPVC Power Sheath Connections

1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are made using either socket or interface connections, ensuring robust and secure linkage.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit at the insertion length. Upon inserting into the socket, verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection and prevents leakage.

 

(3) Efficient Backfill Soil Process
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Timely backfilling avoids potential damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is filled with soft soil to provide adequate protection and stability.
3. Manually backfill the soil into the trench; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the pipeline structure.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must meet the design-specified density requirements to ensure durability and structural integrity.
