Our PE Bellows for Stormwater Drainage Ventilation offers versatile and robust connection options. The connection modes for HDPE double-wall bellows and B and C tubes include both mechanical and advanced thermal fusion procedures. Key connection techniques encompass butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connections, and compression connections, ensuring secure and reliable installations.

1. Constructing the pipeline should commence with an earth arc foundation. For standard soil conditions, a 100mm thick layer of medium coarse sand should be placed on the undisturbed soil or compacted backfill below the bottom of the pipe. If the soil quality is subpar, opt for a sand gravel base layer at least 200mm thick. This can be arranged in two layers: the lower layer with 100-150mm of gravel (5-32mm particle size) and an upper layer of coarse sand no less than 50mm thick. Ensure base density adheres to Table 2 specifications. For soft soil foundations, if the bearing capacity falls short due to construction precipitation or other factors, strengthen the foundation first. Once the required bearing capacity is met, lay the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. The axillary corners within the supporting angle range of the designed earth arc foundation for the pipeline must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling range should not be less than the supporting angle 2α plus 30 degrees. The backfilling compactness must adhere to the technical regulations to ensure stability.

3. Dig the grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections in the pipeline foundation concurrently with the pipeline installation. The groove's length, width, and depth should align with the pipe joint size. Immediately after completing the joint, backfill the grooves with medium coarse sand to ensure high-density and secure connections.

4. In sections where longitudinal uneven settlement may occur due to pipeline load or soil changes, reinforce the foundation before laying the pipeline to prevent future issues.
Utilize composite foundation treatment methods like sand piles or stone piles for the foundation of polyethylene drainage pipes. Avoid rigid treatments such as driven piles, concrete pads, or concrete strip foundations to maintain flexibility and durability.
