Installation Instructions
When it comes to establishing robust connections for HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes, our product offers a variety of seamless connection modes. These include advanced mechanical connections and an array of sophisticated thermal fusion techniques such as butt fusion, electrical fusion, and socket fusion. Additionally, our solution supports flange adapter and compression connections, ensuring a reliable and secure pipeline integration.
1. For optimal pipeline installation, begin by preparing a stable earth arc foundation. On typical soil, a 100mm thick layer of medium coarse sand should be placed on either undisturbed soil or a foundation compacted with backfill. If the soil quality is suboptimal, enhance stability with a two-layered sand gravel base of at least 200mm thick. The lower layer should consist of gravel particles sized between 5-32mm, with a thickness of 100-150mm, topped with a coarse sand layer not less than 50mm thick. Ensure base density meets the standards outlined in Table 2. For soft soil foundations, reinforce the base if the soil's bearing capacity falls short of design specifications or construction activities disturb it. Once the foundation's bearing capacity meets requirements, lay a medium coarse sand foundation layer.
2. The axillary corner within the pipeline's designed earth arc foundation must be reinforced by backfilling with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. Ensure the backfilling extends beyond the supporting Angle 2α by at least 30 degrees, and maintain compliance with technical regulations on backfilling compactness for maximum stability.
3. During pipeline installation, grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections must be dug concurrently with the pipe laying process. Tailor the groove dimensions—length, width, and depth—according to the pipe joint size. Once joints are secured, immediately backfill with medium coarse sand to ensure proper density and support.
4. In sections where potential longitudinal uneven settlement might occur—due to pipeline load or changes in ground soil—reinforce the foundation prior to laying the pipeline to ensure enduring stability and performance.
For foundation treatment of polyethylene drainage pipes, employ composite methods such as sand or stone piling. Avoid rigid foundation measures like driven piles, concrete pads, or concrete strip foundations to maintain the integrity and flexibility of the drainage system.
