Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is paired with 3 sets of strategically placed pipe sleepers, ensuring a robust support structure with 2.0-meter intervals between them, while positioning them precisely 0.5 meters away from every joint for optimal installation integrity.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be conveniently installed by hand. It is imperative that ground personnel efficiently transfer the pipe material directly to the construction crew located at the base of the trench, ensuring seamless operation. Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain structural integrity.

3. For any necessary length adjustments to the CPVC power protective casings, the use of precision mechanical tools is recommended for cutting. This ensures that each cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, resulting in a smooth and impeccably flat surface for flawless installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are expertly made using either socket or interface connections, providing flexibility and reliability in installation.

2. Accurately mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the precise insertion length. After insertion into the socket, it is essential to verify that the insertion indicator is exact and has been accurately positioned, ensuring a perfect fit.

3. Before making the connection with the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This meticulous preparation ensures a seamless connection and effectively prevents any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence only after the concealed pipeline project has received proper acceptance. Swift backfilling is essential to avoid any damage that may be caused by the prolonged exposure of the pipeline to environmental elements.
2. It is crucial to ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled exclusively with soft soil, providing gentle yet effective support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch with care and precision; the use of mechanical backfilling methods is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must uncompromisingly meet design-specified density requirements, ensuring long-lasting durability and stability for the entire installation.
