Installation Instructions

1. Ensure the utmost reliability of your buried polyethylene water supply pipelines by exclusively employing electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. Avoid using screw connections or bonding techniques at all costs. Each type of connection must be executed with specialized tools to guarantee a perfect fit. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process to maintain the integrity of the pipelines.

2. Achieve seamless connections and superior performance by using PE pipes and fittings of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to the connection process, conduct a thorough quality test to ensure the materials meet the highest standards.

3. Maintain the pristine condition of pipe ends when joining polyethylene water supply pipelines. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to prevent contamination. Upon completing each connection, promptly inspect the interface to ensure it is flawless.

4. For optimal results during hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate before and after each use with a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere strictly to the manufacturer's specified heating time and temperature guidelines for both the welding machine and the pipes and fittings to achieve perfect welds.

5. Follow the manufacturer-prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding meticulously. During these critical periods, avoid moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts to ensure a strong and reliable bond.

6. To verify the integrity of the connections, conduct a water pressure test within 1 hour after completing the hot melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before performing the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and check meticulously for water tightness.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be approved for operational use after successfully passing a rigorous final acceptance inspection, ensuring the highest standards of safety and performance.
