HDPE Double-Wall Bellows Connection Modes: For seamless integration of HDPE double-wall bellows with b and c tubes, a variety of connection methods are available, including mechanical linkage and advanced thermal fusion processes. The primary techniques encompass butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection, and compression connection, ensuring robust and reliable joint performance.

1. Pipeline Foundation Preparation: Begin with an earth arc base for stable pipeline installation. For general soil conditions, lay a 100mm layer of medium coarse sand on undisturbed soil or compacted backfill foundations beneath the pipe. In cases of poor soil quality, opt for a sand gravel base of at least 200mm thickness, potentially divided into two layers: a lower stratum of 5~32mm gravel, 100~150mm thick, and an upper layer of coarse sand not less than 50mm thick. The base density must adhere to the specifications in Table 2. For soft soil foundations with inadequate bearing capacity, due to disturbances or construction-related factors, reinforcement is essential. Once the foundation achieves required bearing capacity, proceed with laying the medium coarse sand foundation layer.

2. Backfilling with Stability: The axillary corner within the supporting angle range of the designed earth arc foundation must be meticulously backfilled using medium coarse sand or gravel soil. Ensure the backfilling area extends beyond the supporting angle 2α by at least 30 degrees, and that the compactness aligns with technical regulation standards to maintain structural integrity.

3. Socket and Sleeve Connection Groove Preparation: As you lay the pipeline, ensure concurrent digging of grooves for socket interfaces and sleeve connections. Determine groove dimensions based on the size of the pipe joint. Upon completing the joint, backfill promptly with medium coarse sand to ensure optimal density and joint stability.

4. Foundation Reinforcement for Uneven Settlements: In sections susceptible to longitudinal uneven settlement, caused by pipeline load or soil changes, reinforce the foundation prior to pipeline installation. This preemptive measure safeguards against potential structural deviations and maintains alignment.
Optimal Foundation Treatment Methods: Employ composite foundation techniques, such as sand pile or stone pile methods, for polyethylene drainage pipe support. Refrain from using rigid approaches like driven piles, concrete pads, or concrete strip foundations, as these may not be suitable for the flexible nature of polyethylene drainage systems.
