Installation Instructions

1. Prior to installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to guarantee adherence to the highest product standards. Pipes that do not meet these stringent criteria are strictly prohibited from installation.

2. Exercise exceptional care when relocating each pipe. Avoid dragging or rolling, and refrain from using heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors for moving pipes in the trench to prevent damage.

3. Maintain a dry trench during the pipe laying process. Ideally, excavate the trench simultaneously with pipe laying. Ensure the trench groove length matches the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand post-interface completion.

4. When cutting pipes to the required lengths, employ mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Do not use open flames for cutting to avoid compromising pipe integrity.

5. Utilize appropriate pipe fittings when altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes. Avoid creating direct openings on pipes or fittings for connections to ensure structural integrity.

6. Lay pipes in accordance with the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring that elevation discrepancies do not exceed the limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connection parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from contaminants such as soil or water. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts as dictated by soil quality and relevant standards.
