(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit comes in a standard fixed length of 6 meters. For optimal stability, each conduit is matched with 3 sets of strategically placed pipe sleepers, ensuring a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and carefully positioning them 0.5 meters from the joint, which harmonizes the entire structure.

2. Experience the ease of manual installation with CPVC power protective casings. Ground personnel can efficiently transfer pipe materials to the construction team stationed at the trench's bottom. It is imperative to maintain the integrity of the procedure by strictly prohibiting the rolling of pipes into the groove.

3. Should you need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools to achieve a precise cut. It is essential that the cut remains perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a smooth and impeccably flat surface that enhances the system's reliability.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Establish secure connections for CPVC power protective casings using either socket or interface methods. This provides flexibility while ensuring steadfast connections.

2. For a flawless connection, mark the CPVC power conduit with a clear indication of the insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, ensure that the insertion indicator is meticulously accurate and correctly positioned to secure the connection.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or residue from both the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This crucial step ensures an optimal connection, effectively preventing any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin the trench backfilling process as soon as the concealed pipeline project receives acceptance. Swift backfilling is essential to protect the pipeline from potential damage due to prolonged exposure.
2. To safeguard the integrity of the CPVC power protective casing, ensure the area around it is filled with soft soil, providing a cozy yet durable layer of protection.
3. Manually apply the backfilling soil into the ditch, maintaining a strict prohibition against mechanical backfilling to preserve the delicate system.
4. The quality of backfill soil must strictly adhere to design-specified density requirements, guaranteeing the enduring stability and safety of the installation.
