1. To ensure flawless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively rely on electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. These advanced techniques guarantee superior performance and unparalleled durability. Avoid screw connections and bonding, as their use can severely compromise the pipeline's integrity and fortitude. Utilize specialized tools crafted for precision to execute each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection. Steer clear of open flames during the heating process, thereby safeguarding both the pipe and your safety.

2. Achieve maximum reliability by connecting polyethylene pipes using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to embarking on the connection journey, perform a thorough quality test to ensure compliance with required standards, promising a secure and enduring pipeline experience.

3. For flawless joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends to facilitate a seamless and efficient connection. Seal pipe openings temporarily at the end of each work session to ward off contamination. Upon completing the connection, promptly inspect the interface to verify its security and defect-free status.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, fastidiously clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth to ensure optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. Adhere diligently to the heating time and temperature directives specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine along with pipes and fittings, to achieve unparalleled results.

5. Strictly adhere to the prescribed pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as outlined by equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these crucial periods, refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts, ensuring a robust and stable connection.

6. After the connection, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld to affirm the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Secure the pipeline, expose the joints, and prepare for the hydrostatic test by filling the pipeline with water, purging all air, and checking for water tightness to confirm a successful connection.

7. Only after a successful final acceptance inspection can the pipeline engineering construction be deemed operational. This critical step ensures all standards and specifications have been rigorously met, guaranteeing a safe and effective water supply system.
