Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, each pipe must undergo a meticulous inspection to verify absolute compliance with our stringent product standards. Any pipe failing to meet these exacting standards is strictly prohibited from installation.

2. Handle each pipe with the highest level of care during relocation. It is paramount to avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing equipment such as forklifts, tractors, or any other heavy machinery for moving the pipes within the trench.

3. Ensure the trench remains completely free of water throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, execute trench digging concurrently with pipe laying. The trench groove length should be aligned with the interface length, maintaining a depth of 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand upon completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to the required lengths, employ precise mechanical methods ensuring a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid the use of open flames for cutting to guarantee safety and integrity.

 

5. For changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always employ appropriate pipe fittings. Refrain from creating openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections to ensure durability and performance.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope derived from design requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the stringent limits set forth in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. For low ambient temperatures or conditions nearing the minimum threshold, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are impeccably clean and devoid of soil, water, or other impurities. Apply appropriate anti-corrosion treatments to metal components, such as looping flanges and bolts, based on soil quality and relevant standards to guarantee longevity and performance.
