Installation Instructions

1. For the flawless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, it is crucial to utilize the electric fusion welding and hot melt docking techniques exclusively. The use of screw connections and bonding methods is strictly prohibited. Ensure that connections of each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline are executed with specialized, high-quality tools. Refrain from using open flames for heating during the connection process to ensure optimal safety and effectiveness.

2. When connecting polyethylene pipes, it is imperative to utilize PE pipes and fittings that are of the same brand, material, and SDR rating to guarantee compatibility and performance. Before beginning the connection, conduct a meticulous test to affirm that the quality adheres to the highest standards required for safety and longevity.

3. For joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, always ensure that the pipe ends are impeccably clean. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal the pipe openings to maintain integrity. Upon completing each connection, immediately inspect the interface to confirm its quality and durability.

4. Prior to and following the hot melt butt welding procedure, it is essential to thoroughly clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature guidelines provided by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine as well as those for the pipes and fittings to achieve a perfect connection.

5. Adhere to the specified pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as per the equipment and pipe manufacturers' instructions. It is imperative not to move or apply additional pressure to the connecting parts during these periods to ensure a robust bond.

6. After the connection process, conduct a water pressure test on the pipes promptly. This test should be conducted within one hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints for thorough inspection prior to the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, ensure all air is cleared out, and verify the water tightness for optimal performance.

7. The pipeline engineering construction can only be considered fully operational and ready for service after successfully passing the final acceptance inspection. This ensures that all standards of safety, functionality, and durability are met.
