Installation Instructions

1. When embarking on the installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure to utilize the highly reliable electric fusion welding and hot melt docking techniques exclusively. The use of screw connections and bonding is not permitted. It is crucial to employ specialized tools for each polyethylene pipeline connection, guaranteeing precision and safety. For optimal results, avoid using open flames for heating during the connection process, ensuring a safe and effective installation.

2. Achieve seamless connections by using polyethylene pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Prior to initiating the connection process, perform a rigorous test to verify that the quality aligns with the highest standards, ensuring a flawless and secure connection.

3. Prior to joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, make certain that the pipe ends are impeccably clean. Seal the pipe openings temporarily at the conclusion of each work session. Conduct an immediate inspection of the interface as soon as the connection is completed, ensuring integrity and reliability.

4. To guarantee perfect hot melt butt welding, meticulously clean the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth both before and after use. Adhere stringently to the heating time and temperature requirements specified by the manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as the pipes and fittings, ensuring a flawless and secure connection.

5. Follow the precise pressure holding and cooling times as stipulated by the equipment and pipe manufacturers during hot melt butt welding. It is essential to avoid moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts during these critical periods, ensuring a robust and durable connection.

6. Once the connection process is complete, promptly conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of completing the hot-melt weld. Prior to the hydrostatic test, adequately secure the pipeline and expose the joints. Fill the pipeline with water, evacuate any trapped air, and meticulously check for water tightness to ensure a leak-free system.

7. The pipeline engineering project can only be considered operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection, ensuring that it meets all necessary standards and specifications for a reliable and efficient system.
