1. For the optimal installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. These advanced techniques guarantee peak performance and unmatched durability. It is imperative to avoid screw connections or bonding, as they weaken the pipeline's integrity and strength. Ensure that each connection of the polyethylene water supply pipeline is executed using precision-engineered specialized tools. Refrain from using open flames in the connection process, safeguarding against damage and ensuring utmost safety.

2. To assure compatibility and reliability in connecting polyethylene pipes, always utilize PE pipes and fittings of identical brand, material, and SDR rating. Before initiating the connection process, perform a thorough test to verify the quality meets all required standards. This step is crucial for establishing a secure and enduring pipeline system.

3. For seamless joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends to facilitate an efficient connection. Temporarily seal pipe openings at the conclusion of each work session to protect against contamination. Immediately inspect the interface after completing the connection to ensure it is secure and devoid of defects.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, meticulously cleanse the heating plate with a spotless cotton cloth. This ensures optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature specifications provided by the manufacturers of both the hot melt butt welding machine and the pipes and fittings for achieving the best possible results.

5. Strictly follow the specified pressure holding and cooling durations outlined by equipment and pipe manufacturers during hot melt butt welding. It is vital to refrain from moving or applying pressure to the connecting parts during these periods to ensure a robust and stable connection.

6. After completing the hot-melt weld, it is crucial to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within one hour to verify the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and then meticulously check for water tightness to confirm a successful connection.

7. The pipeline engineering construction is only considered operational after passing the final acceptance inspection. This ensures that all standards and specifications have been met, paving the way for a safe and efficient water supply system.
