Installation Instructions

 

1. Before any installation begins, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to guarantee it meets the high standards set forth for our products. Any pipes that do not comply must be strictly excluded from the installation process.

2. During transportation, handle each pipe with the greatest care to prevent damage. Avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing heavy machinery such as forklifts or tractors to move the pipes within the trench.

3. Maintain a water-free trench throughout the pipe laying process. It is recommended to dig the trench simultaneously with the laying of the pipe. The length of the trench groove should match the interface length, with a depth ranging from 50-100mm and a width no less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the groove with medium coarse sand immediately upon completing the interface.

4. For precise cutting of pipes to the desired lengths, employ mechanical methods that ensure a smooth, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Do not use open flames for cutting purposes.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always use the appropriate fittings. Avoid making direct openings on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay the pipes according to the specified slope as outlined in the design requirements, ensuring that the elevation error remains within the limits established by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. Under low ambient temperatures or near minimal conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting components, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from contaminants such as soil or water. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal parts like looping flanges and bolts according to the soil quality and relevant standards.
