Correctly choosing the appropriate connection method ensures the reliable operation of your power piping system. This section introduces several common MPP power cable protection tube connection methods, providing insights into each method's unique characteristics and application scenarios.

01, Before beginning installation, ensure that the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine meet all welding requirements. Conduct a dry run test on the milling cutter oil pump switch, among others. Install slips that match the pipe specifications into the rack. Set the heating plate temperature to the designated welding temperature. Before heating, clean the heating plate surface with clean soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains.

02, Remove any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Position the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring that the extensions at both ends are of equal length. The sections outside the pipe rack should be properly supported. Align the pipe height with the centerline of the frame, secure the slip, insert the milling cutter, and proceed to mill the pipe.

03, Mill the pipe until continuous cutting is achieved at both ends. Then, remove the pressure, let the milling cutter idle for two to three rotations, retract the movable frame, and turn off the milling cutter switch.
 
04, Remove the milling cutter and bring the pipe ends together. Inspect the end face, ensuring that the displacement doesn't exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When closing, the ends should meet without any noticeable gaps, and the gap width should comply with the specification: 0.3MM (DN).<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05, When the heating plate reaches the set temperature, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe ends' circumference is flipped and the minimum curling reaches the required height. Reduce the pressure as needed to ensure the pipe's end face contacts the heating plate. Continue heating until the specified time is reached.

06,Once the heat absorption time reaches the specified value, retract the movable frame and swiftly remove the heating plate. Join the two pipe ends, ensuring the switching time is minimal and within the set limits. Avoid excessive closing pressure to prevent squeezing out molten material, which could compromise welding quality.

07,Increase the pressure to the specified value and maintain it for cooling. Allow the assembly to naturally cool to room temperature, then release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding process.
