Installation Instructions
(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation
1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit should be accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a uniform spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper. Position the sleepers at a precise distance of 0.5 meters from the joints to guarantee stability and efficiency.
2. CPVC power protective casings can be effortlessly installed by hand. It's essential for ground personnel to efficiently deliver the pipe material to the crew stationed at the trench's bottom. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is absolutely forbidden to prevent any damage.
3. For any necessary length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools to achieve precise cuts. Ensure each cut is perfectly perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth, flat surface for optimal performance.
(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection
1. Connections for CPVC power protective casings are achieved using either socket or interface connections, providing flexibility and reliability in installation.
2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an accurate indication of the insertion length. Upon insertion into the socket, meticulously verify that the insertion indicator is correctly aligned and properly positioned for flawless connectivity.
3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior of any soil or attachments. This ensures a secure connection and effectively prevents any potential water leakage.
(3) Backfill Soil
1. Commence trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been successfully inspected and accepted. Prompt backfilling is crucial to avoid any damage due to prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Make certain that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is filled with soft soil to provide adequate coverage and protection.
3. Carefully fill the backfilling soil into the ditch manually; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. Ensure the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements for quality assurance and long-term reliability of the installation.
