Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is meticulously paired with 3 sets of durable pipe sleepers, maintaining a precise spacing of 2.0 meters between each sleeper. Additionally, position them intentionally 0.5 meters away from the joint to ensure optimal support and stability.

2. For the manual installation of CPVC power protective casings, it is essential that ground personnel diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction team stationed at the trench's bottom. Remember, rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation process.

3. Should there be a need for length adjustments on the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for clean, precise cutting. It's vital to ensure that cuts are made perpendicularly to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in an impeccably smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. To connect CPVC power protective casings, utilize efficient socket or interface connections, ensuring robust and secure junctions.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the precise insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and proper positioning of the insertion indicator for a flawless connection.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from both the pipe socket's exterior and the interior of the rubber ring. This meticulous preparation ensures an impeccable connection and effectively prevents any possibility of water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been officially accepted. Swift backfilling is crucial to prevent potential damage due to prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Ensure the surroundings of the CPVC power protective casing are backfilled with soft soil to offer gentle yet effective coverage.
3. For optimal results, manually fill backfill soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain delicate soil structure.
4. The quality of the backfill soil is paramount and must adhere strictly to design-specified density requirements to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
