The correct selection of the appropriate connection method can ensure the reliable operation of the power piping system. 01,Before installation, check whether the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine meet the welding requirements; Conduct an empty car test run on the milling cutter oil pump switch, etc; Install the slips that match the specifications of the pipe into the rack; Set the temperature of the heating plate to the welding temperature, and before heating, wipe the surface of the heating plate with clean soft paper or alcohol to clean its oil stains.

02,Remove dirt from both ends of the pipe. Place the pipe into the frame clamp so that the length of the extension at both ends is equal. The parts outside the pipe rack should be supported by supports. Place the pipe at the same height as the centerline of the frame, and then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter and mill the pipe.

03,After milling the pipe until continuous cutting occurs at both ends of the pipe, remove the pressure and let the milling cutter idle for two or three weeks before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.
 
04,Take out the milling cutter and close the pipes at both ends. Check the end face, and the displacement of both ends of the pipe should not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When closing, there should be no obvious gap between the two end faces of the pipe, and the gap width should comply with: 0.3MM (DN<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05,When the temperature of the heating plate reaches the set value, quickly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the circumference of the pipe ends is flipped and the minimum curling reaches the specified height. Reduce the pressure to the specified value, so that the end face of the pipe is in contact with the heating plate, and continue heating until the specified time.

06,When the heat absorption time reaches the specified value, retract the movable frame and quickly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends, and the switching time should be as short as possible, not exceeding the specified value. The closing pressure should not be too high, otherwise it will squeeze out the molten material and cause a decrease in welding quality.

07,Raise the pressure to the specified value and maintain pressure for cooling. After natural cooling to room temperature, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding.
