Installation Instructions

 

The connection modes of HDPE double-wall bellows and b and c tubes include mechanical connection and a series of thermal fusion procedures, the main modes are butt fusion, electrical fusion, socket fusion, flange adapter connection and compression connection.

1. The pipeline shall be based on earth arc. For general soil quality, a layer of medium coarse sand base layer with a thickness of 100mm should be laid on the undisturbed soil foundation or the foundation with backfill compaction below the bottom of the pipe; When the soil quality of the foundation is poor, the sand gravel base layer with a thickness of not less than 200mm can be used, and it can also be laid in two layers, the lower layer is made of gravel with a particle size of 5~32mm, the thickness of 100~150mm, and the upper layer is coarse sand with a thickness of not less than 50mm. The base density shall comply with the provisions of Table 2. For soft soil foundation, when the bearing capacity of the foundation is less than the design requirements or due to construction precipitation and other reasons, the original soil of the foundation is disturbed and the bearing capacity of the foundation is affected by the surface, the foundation must be strengthened first. After the specified bearing capacity of the foundation is reached, the medium coarse sand foundation layer is laid.

2.The axillary corner within the range of supporting Angle of the designed earth arc foundation of the pipeline must be backfilled with medium coarse sand or gravel soil. The backfilling range shall not be less than the supporting Angle 2α plus 30, and the backfilling compactness shall comply with the provisions of the technical regulations.
 

 

3.The grooves in the socket interface and sleeve connection in the pipeline foundation should be dug along with the laying of the pipeline. The length, width and depth of the groove can be determined according to the pipe joint size. After the joint is completed, the density should be backfilled with medium coarse sand immediately.

4. For the section where the longitudinal uneven settlement of the pipeline may occur due to factors such as pipeline load and ground soil change, the foundation should be reinforced before the pipeline is laid.
Sand pile, stone pile and other composite foundation treatment methods should be adopted for the foundation treatment of polyethylene drainage pipe. Rigid foundation treatment measures such as driven pile, concrete pad and concrete strip foundation shall not be adopted.
