In the meticulous process of installing MPP power cable protection tubes, selecting the correct connection method is paramount. This ensures the seamless and reliable operation of your power piping system. This section elucidates several prevalent MPP power cable protection tube connection methods, empowering you to comprehend the distinctive characteristics and optimal application scenarios of each method.

01. Prior to installation, verify that the power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate of the welding machine adhere to the requisite standards. Execute a test run on the milling cutter oil pump switch. Insert the appropriately sized slips into the rack to match the pipe specifications. Set the heating plate to the precise welding temperature, ensuring to cleanse its surface with clean soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains before heating.

02. Thoroughly clean any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Secure the pipe within the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension length at both ends. Support the parts of the pipe outside the rack. Align the pipe height with the centerline of the frame and secure the slip. Proceed by inserting a milling cutter to mill the pipe edges.

03. Continue milling the pipe until a continuous cutting action is achieved at both ends. Then, release the pressure and allow the milling cutter to idle for a few seconds before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.

 

04. Remove the milling cutter and align the pipe ends. Inspect the end face; the displacement at both ends should not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. When aligning, ensure there is no discernible gap between the pipe ends, adhering to the specified gap width of 0.3MM (DN...).<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05. Once the heating plate reaches the designated temperature, swiftly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the pipe end circumference flips, reaching the minimum curling height. Reduce the pressure accordingly to ensure the pipe end is in contact with the heating plate and continue the heating process for the specified duration.

06. Upon reaching the specified heat absorption time, retract the movable frame and promptly remove the heating plate. Join the two pipe ends swiftly, ensuring the closing time is minimal and within the specified limit. Avoid excessive closing pressure to prevent the expulsion of molten material and potential welding quality degradation.07. Increase the pressure to the specified value and maintain it during the cooling phase. Allow the joint to cool naturally to room temperature before releasing the pressure. Loosen the slips, remove the pipe, and finalize the welding process.

08. Make sure all pipes are securely welded by following every step meticulously to achieve optimal results.09. After completion, inspect the welds thoroughly to ensure the integrity and reliability of the joints.
