1. For installing buried High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) water supply pipelines, employ exclusively electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods. These techniques ensure exceptional performance and unparalleled durability. Under no circumstances should screw connections or bonding methods be used, as they can compromise the structural integrity and strength of these robust pipelines. Each connection must be executed using specialized tools designed for precision. To safeguard against potential damage and ensure safety, avoid the use of open flames during the connection process.

2. Polyethylene pipes must be seamlessly connected using PE pipes and fittings that are of the same brand, material, and SDR rating. This alignment is crucial for compatibility and reliability. Before initiating the connection, perform a rigorous and comprehensive test to confirm the quality standards are met. This guarantees a secure and long-lasting pipeline that stands the test of time.

3. When joining polyethylene water supply pipelines, ensure pipe ends are meticulously clean and pristine to facilitate a seamless and efficient connection. At the end of each work session, temporarily seal pipe openings to prevent any contamination. Immediately after completing the connection, inspect the interface meticulously to ensure it is secure, flawless, and devoid of any defects.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, diligently clean the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth. This ensures optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. 6. After the connection is complete, it is imperative to conduct a water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour to verify the integrity and reliability of the pipeline. Make sure the pipeline is secured and the joints are exposed before conducting the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, expel any trapped air, and then conduct a water tightness check to confirm a successful connection.

7. The pipeline engineering construction is only considered operational after it has successfully passed the final acceptance inspection. This ensures that all standards and specifications have been met for a safe, effective, and reliable water supply system, exemplifying our commitment to excellence.
