1. For the seamless installation of buried polyethylene water supply pipelines, exclusively employ electric fusion welding and hot melt docking methods to ensure unparalleled performance and longevity. Under no circumstances should you use screw connections or bonding, as these compromise the robust integrity and strength of the pipeline. It is imperative to execute each type of polyethylene water supply pipeline connection using specialized tools crafted for precision and excellence. Avoid open flames during the connection process to prevent potential damage and guarantee safety.

2. To achieve seamless compatibility and reliability, polyethylene pipes must be connected using PE pipes and fittings that share the same brand, material, and SDR rating. Before embarking on the connection process, conduct a thorough and comprehensive test to verify that all quality standards are met, thereby ensuring a secure and enduring pipeline.

3. For the flawless joining of polyethylene water supply pipelines, maintain immaculate pipe ends to facilitate a seamless and efficient connection. Seal pipe openings at the end of each work session to avert contamination. Upon completing the connection, promptly inspect the interface to confirm it is secure, defect-free, and ready for use.

4. Prior to and following hot melt butt welding, meticulously cleanse the heating plate with a pristine cotton cloth to guarantee optimal heat transfer and superior connection quality. Adhere strictly to the heating time and temperature guidelines specified by the esteemed manufacturers of the hot melt butt welding machine, as well as the pipes and fittings, to achieve outstanding results.

5. Diligently follow the recommended pressure holding and cooling durations for hot melt butt welding as detailed by the equipment and pipe manufacturers. During these critical phases, refrain from moving or exerting pressure on the connecting parts to ensure a strong, stable, and reliable connection.

6. Upon completion of the connection, conduct a meticulous water pressure test on the pipes within 1 hour of finalizing the hot-melt weld to confirm the pipeline's integrity and reliability. Secure the pipeline and expose the joints before proceeding with the hydrostatic test. Fill the pipeline with water, purge all air, and check for watertightness to affirm a successful connection.

7. The pipeline engineering project can only be considered operational after triumphantly passing the final acceptance inspection, guaranteeing that all standards and specifications have been successfully met for a secure and efficient water supply system.
