Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Our CPVC power conduit comes with a standard fixed length of 6 meters, ensuring consistency and reliability. Each conduit is complemented by 3 sets of robust pipe sleepers, carefully arranged to maintain an optimal spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers. Additionally, strategic placement ensures they are positioned 0.5 meters from the joint, providing exceptional stability and support.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings is streamlined for convenience, allowing for manual installation. Ground personnel are advised to carefully hand over the pipe material to the dedicated construction crew at the trench's bottom, ensuring a seamless transfer. Please note, rolling the pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to maintain the integrity of your installation.

3. Should there be a need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, precision is key. Utilize mechanical tools explicitly designed for accurate cutting. It is crucial that the cut remains perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a smooth, flat surface that enhances the quality and durability of your installation.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Crafting connections for CPVC power protective casings is effortlessly achieved through either socket or interface connections, offering versatility and secure attachments tailored to your project needs.

2. Prior to insertion, mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the precise insertion length. Post-insertion into the socket, it is imperative to verify the accuracy and proper alignment of the insertion indicator to ensure a flawless connection.

3. Before embarking on the connection process of the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is essential to meticulously clear any soil or attachments from both the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. (3) Backfill Soil
1. Initiate trench backfilling only after the concealed pipeline project has been thoroughly accepted. To safeguard against potential damage from extended exposure, prompt backfilling is paramount to preserving the pristine condition of the pipeline.
2. It is imperative to ensure that the vicinity surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is enveloped with soft soil, providing gentle yet firm support for long-term stability.
3. Engage in manual filling of backfill soil into the ditch, as the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the quality and integrity of your project.
4. The quality of backfill soil is of utmost importance; it must adhere to design-specified density requirements, ensuring durability and efficacy in safeguarding your installation.
