Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. For optimal performance, each CPVC power conduit, which stands at a standard fixed length of 6 meters, should be accompanied by 3 sets of robust pipe sleepers. These are strategically spaced at 2.0 meters apart to ensure stability and must be positioned precisely 0.5 meters away from the joint for seamless integration.

2. The installation of CPVC power protective casings can be conveniently performed manually. It is essential that ground personnel diligently transfer pipe materials to the construction team located at the trench's base. Be aware that rolling pipes into the groove is strictly forbidden to maintain system integrity.

3. Should adjustments to the length of the CPVC power protective casings be necessary, it is crucial to employ mechanical tools for cutting. This guarantees that cuts are perpendicular to the pipe pillow axis, resulting in a smooth, flat, and impeccable surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Establish connections of the CPVC power protective casing using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a strong, secure, and reliable union.

2. Accurately mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with an insertion length indicator. Upon insertion into the socket, meticulously verify that the insertion marker is correctly aligned and accurately positioned.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, it is imperative to remove any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This ensures a proper connection, preventing potential water leakage, and enhancing durability.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling immediately after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. It is crucial to backfill swiftly to shield the pipeline from damage due to prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is carefully backfilled with soft soil for added protection and stability.
3. It is vital to manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain the integrity of the installation.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to the density requirements specified in the design, ensuring compliance and long-term reliability.
