In the meticulous installation process of the MPP power cable protection tube, selecting the appropriate connection method is crucial. This ensures the reliable and efficient operation of the entire power piping system. This section elucidates several common MPP power cable protection tube connection methods, designed to help you grasp the unique characteristics and ideal application scenarios of each method.

01. Prior to installation, ensure that the welding machine's power supply, hydraulic oil, and heating plate meet all welding requirements. Execute an empty car test run on the milling cutter oil pump switch, etc. Insert the slips that correspond to the pipe specifications into the rack. Adjust the heating plate to the welding temperature and, before heating, clean its surface with either clean soft paper or alcohol to remove any oil stains.

02. Clear any dirt from both ends of the pipe. Secure the pipe into the frame clamp, ensuring equal extension lengths at both ends. Support the parts of the pipe extending outside the rack. Align the pipe to the same height as the frame's centerline, then secure the slip. Insert a milling cutter to begin milling the pipe.

03. Mill the pipe until continuous cutting is achieved at both ends. Then, release the pressure and allow the milling cutter to idle for two to three cycles before retracting the movable frame and turning off the milling cutter switch.

 

04. Remove the milling cutter and bring the pipes at both ends together. Inspect the end faces, ensuring that the displacement does not exceed 10% of the pipe wall thickness. Upon closing, there should be no visible gap between the two end faces, with the gap width adhering to: 0.3MM (DN.<25MM); If 0.5MM (225MM400MM) does not meet the requirements, it should be milled again.

05. Once the heating plate reaches the set temperature, promptly place it into the rack and apply the specified pressure until the circumference of the pipe ends flips, achieving the minimum required curling height. Then, reduce the pressure to the specified value, allowing the pipe end face to contact the heating plate continuously, and maintain heating until the specified duration is met.

06.When the heat absorption time reaches its specified value, retract the movable frame and swiftly remove the heating plate. Close the two pipe ends together, ensuring the switching time is minimal and does not exceed the specified limit. The closing pressure should be carefully controlled to avoid excessive squeezing of the molten material, which could degrade welding quality.

07.Raise the pressure to the specified value and maintain it during cooling. Allow the assembly to cool naturally to room temperature. Once cooled, release the pressure, loosen the slip, remove the pipe, and complete the welding process.
