Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. Each CPVC power conduit measures a standard fixed length of 6 meters. Accompanying each conduit are 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a consistent 2.0-meter spacing between sleepers and situating them 0.5 meters from the joint.

2. Manually install CPVC power protective casings with precision. Ground personnel should efficiently transfer the pipe materials to the construction team at the trench's base. Avoid rolling pipes into the groove to maintain structural integrity.

3. For any required length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for cutting. Ensure the cut is perfectly perpendicular to the pipe axis, achieving a smooth and flat surface for optimal fit.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using either socket or interface methods, depending on the application.

2. Clearly mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the insertion length indicator. After insertion into the socket, double-check the accuracy and proper placement of the indicator.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior of any soil or debris. This ensures a secure connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling once the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Perform backfilling promptly to prevent damage from prolonged exposure.
2. Ensure the area around the CPVC power protective casing is filled with soft soil to protect the integrity of the installation.
3. Manually perform backfilling to the ditch, strictly avoiding mechanical methods to prevent possible damage.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must adhere to the design-specified density requirements to ensure long-term stability and performance.
