Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The CPVC power conduit has a standard length of 6 meters, ensuring durability and consistency. Accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers per conduit, maintain a precise 2.0-meter spacing between sleepers, with a meticulous positioning of 0.5 meters away from every joint for optimal stability.

2. Manual installation of CPVC power protective casings is both practical and efficient. Ground staff should seamlessly transfer pipe materials to the construction crew stationed at the trench's base, as rolling pipes into the groove is strictly against protocol to ensure safety and integrity.

3. When modifications to the length of CPVC power protective casings are necessary, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. The cut must be perfectly perpendicular to the pipe pillow's axis, ensuring a flawlessly smooth and level surface for impeccable fit and function.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connections of CPVC power protective casings are expertly designed for either socket or interface connections, offering versatility and secure fitting options.

2. Clearly mark the insertion length on the CPVC power conduit connection surface. Upon insertion into the socket, meticulously verify the accuracy and correct positioning of the insertion indicator for a reliable and secure connection.

3. Before initiating the connection of the CPVC power protective sleeve, meticulously clear any soil or attachments from the pipe socket's exterior and the rubber ring's interior. This critical step ensures a flawless connection and prevents any potential water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling promptly after the concealed pipeline project receives approval. This timely action prevents damage from prolonged exposure, safeguarding the integrity of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the vicinity around the CPVC power protective casing is expertly backfilled with soft soil, providing essential support and protection.
3. Execute backfilling manually into the ditch, as mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to maintain control and precision.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must rigorously meet the design-specified density requirements, ensuring stability and longevity.
