Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is required to be installed with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a uniform distance of 2.0 meters between each sleeper and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint to maintain stability and support.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ground personnel should responsibly hand over the pipe material to the construction team stationed at the trench's bottom, strictly avoiding the practice of rolling pipes into the groove to prevent potential damage.

3. Should there be a need to adjust the length of the CPVC power protective casings, utilize mechanical tools for precision cutting. Ensure that the cut remains perpendicular to the pipe axis, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for optimal fitting.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. The coupling of CPVC power protective casings is executed using either socket or interface connections, tailored to the specific requirements of the installation.

2. Clearly mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection to indicate the exact insertion length. Once inserted into the socket, double-check to ensure that the insertion indicator is correctly aligned and positioned for a secure fit.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clean any soil or debris from the pipe socket's exterior and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents potential issues such as water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. The process of trench backfilling should commence promptly after the concealed pipeline project has been approved. Timely backfilling is crucial to prevent damage that can occur from prolonged exposure of the pipeline.
2. Ensure that the area surrounding the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide adequate support and protection.
3. Carefully perform manual backfilling of soil into the ditch; the use of mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to avoid potential damage to the pipeline.
4. The quality of the backfill soil must conform to the density requirements specified in the design to ensure structural integrity and longevity.
