Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for the CPVC power conduit is 6 meters, accompanied by 3 sets of pipe sleepers per conduit. Ensure the sleepers are spaced 2.0 meters apart, with a distance of 0.5 meters from the joint for optimal support.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be installed manually. Ensure ground personnel transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Avoid rolling pipes into the groove to prevent damage.

3. For length adjustments of the CPVC power protective casings, use mechanical tools to achieve a perpendicular cut to the axis of the pipe pillow, ensuring a smooth and flat surface.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. Connect CPVC power protective casings using either socket or interface connections for a secure fit.

2. Mark the CPVC power conduit connection surface with the insertion length indicator. Insert into the socket and verify the indicator's accuracy to ensure proper positioning.

3. Before connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This ensures a proper connection and prevents water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Begin trench backfilling after the concealed pipeline project has been accepted. This prevents damage from prolonged pipeline exposure.
2. Backfill the area around the CPVC power protective casing with soft soil for optimal protection.
3. Manually fill the backfilling soil into the ditch to avoid the risk of damage from mechanical backfilling.
4. Ensure the quality of the backfill soil meets the design-specified density requirements to maintain structural integrity.
