Installation Instructions

 

(1) CPVC Power Pipe Laying and Installation

1. The standard fixed length for CPVC power conduit is 6 meters. Each conduit is equipped with 3 sets of pipe sleepers, ensuring a spacing of 2.0 meters between sleepers and positioning them 0.5 meters away from the joint. This precise arrangement guarantees stability and efficiency in installation.

2. CPVC power protective casings can be manually installed with ease. Ground personnel should diligently transfer the pipe material to the construction crew at the trench's bottom. Note: Rolling pipes into the groove is strictly prohibited to maintain safety and integrity.

3. If length adjustments are required for the CPVC power protective casings, employ mechanical tools for precise cutting. Make sure the cut is perpendicular to the axis of the pipe pillow, resulting in a smooth and flat surface for optimal fit and function.

 

(2) CPVC Power Sheath Connection

1. CPVC power protective casing connections are executed using either socket or interface connections, ensuring a reliable and secure fit.

2. Mark the surface of the CPVC power conduit connection with the insertion length indicator. After insertion into the socket, verify that the indicator is accurate and the connection is properly positioned to ensure a seamless join.

3. Prior to connecting the CPVC power protective sleeve, thoroughly clear any soil or attachments from the exterior of the pipe socket and the interior of the rubber ring. This preparation is crucial for a proper connection and to prevent water leakage.

 

(3) Backfill Soil
1. Trench backfilling should commence once the concealed pipeline project has been formally accepted. Backfill promptly to avoid any damage caused by prolonged exposure of the pipeline, ensuring its longevity and functionality.
2. Ensure that the area around the CPVC power protective casing is backfilled with soft soil to provide the necessary protection and support.
3. Manually fill backfilling soil into the ditch; mechanical backfilling is strictly prohibited to prevent damage to the pipeline and ensure precise compaction.
4. The backfill soil quality must meet the design-specified density requirements to guarantee the durability and stability of the installed pipeline system.
