Installation Instructions

 

1. Prior to installation, ensure each pipe undergoes a meticulous inspection to guarantee full compliance with stringent product standards. Pipes that do not meet these standards are strictly prohibited from installation.

2. Handle each pipe with the utmost care during transportation. Avoid dragging, rolling, or utilizing heavy machinery such as forklifts, tractors, or other equipment to move the pipes in the trench.

3. Keep the trench free of water during the pipe-laying process. Ideally, dig the trench concurrent with pipe laying. The trench groove length should match the interface length, with a depth of 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Backfill the groove with medium coarse sand immediately after completing the interface.

4. When cutting pipes to required lengths, use mechanical methods to ensure a clean, flat cut perpendicular to the pipe axis. Refrain from using open flames for cutting.

 

5. For changing pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always use appropriate pipe fittings. Avoid creating openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections.

6. Lay pipes according to the specified slope from the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error does not exceed the limits set in the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, employ fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components such as looping flanges and bolts based on soil quality and relevant standards.
