Installation Instructions

 

1. Before beginning any installation, conduct a meticulous inspection of each pipe to guarantee it meets all product standards. Pipes that do not conform to these standards are strictly prohibited from being installed, ensuring safety and quality.

2. Exercise extreme caution while relocating pipes. Do not drag, roll, or leverage heavy machinery like forklifts or tractors to move the pipes in the trench. Proper handling minimizes damage and ensures longevity.

3. Keep the trench dry throughout the pipe laying process. Ideally, excavation should occur simultaneously with pipe installation. The trench groove length must match the interface length, with a depth between 50-100mm and a width not less than the pipe's outer diameter. Immediately backfill the groove with medium coarse sand post-interface completion.

4. Use mechanical methods for cutting pipes to the required lengths, ensuring a clean, flat cut that is perpendicular to the pipe axis. Avoid using open flames for cutting to maintain precision and safety.

 

5. When altering pipe diameters or connecting branch pipes, always utilize the appropriate pipe fittings. Avoid creating openings directly on pipes or fittings for connections to maintain structural integrity.

6. Lay the pipes according to the specified slope in the design requirements, ensuring the elevation error remains within the limits set by the national standard GB 50268, 'Code for the Construction and Application of Water Supply and Drainage Pipe Engineering'.

7. In environments with low ambient temperatures or near-minimum conditions, use fusion or flange connections. Ensure all connecting parts, including sockets, sleeves, and seals, are clean and free from soil, water, or other impurities. Apply anti-corrosion treatments to metal components like looping flanges and bolts, adhering to soil quality and relevant standards to maintain durability.
